What we do
Acquire and operate.
We acquire cold storage and distribution businesses across the Southeast from the people who built them, and we run them. We are operators: the floor, the freezer, the trucks and the customers are ours to look after, not to hand to somebody else.
How we work.
Old school
The mindset.
- Straight answers, every time.
- A handshake that means something.
- A long view on everything we take on.
- Respect for the families who built these buildings.
New school
The method.
- Modern tools, so we move quickly.
- Nothing gets lost and nothing gets passed around.
- The homework done before the first call.
- One conversation, and a decision from the people in it.
